How can I find my driver?

Airport:
Your driver will be holding a sign containing your name at the exit gate outside the custom, in the public lounge where many people wait for the passengers come out. If you takes more than 1 hour to come out after the flight has landed (for example you lost your luggage…), please call us +39 3483316580.
Port:
You will find your driver on the pier when you come down from the gangway. The driver holds a sign with your name on it.
Hotel:
Your driver will meet you in the lobby.

Ciampino Airport – Rome Center: approx. 45 minutes
Civitavecchia port – Rome Center: approx. 1h.30min.

If my flight has a delay…?

We check the arrival time of your flight in advance, so that we don’t charge for the waiting just because your flight hasn’t arrive on time. Your driver will wait you for max. 1 hour after the flight has landed. If you take longer (for example you lost your luggage…), please call us +39 3483316580.

Sedan: 2 large suitcases + carry-on bags
Minivan (max.5 people): 6 large suitcases + carry-on bags
Minivan (max.8 people): 10 large suitcases + carry-on bags

What do your rates include?

Include:
All taxes, Parking, Private vehicle with air conditioner, Driver and Toll (Guide – If your tour includes it)
Exclude:
Entrance fee (Monument, Museum), Meal, (Guide – If your tour excludes it)

Are your rates per person or per vehicle?

Our rates are per vehicle, NOT per person.

Payment

Payments can be made directly to the driver in cash with Euro, or Visa / Master / Amex card.If you prefer to use your credit card, please let us know in advance (the driver have to bring the machine).

RESERVATION

How to reserve the service

Credit card information

Your credit card details are necessary in order to guarantee reservations and no charges will be made except the case of late cancellation or no show.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Fee – transfers and tours

Cancellation with 72 hours from scheduled pick-up: 0% Penalty
Cancellation with 48 hours from scheduled pick-up: 50% Penalty
Cancellation with 24 hours from scheduled pick-up: 70% Penalty
Cancellation with less than 24 hours from scheduled pick-up: Full Charge
No Show: Full Charge
If your flight has cancelled by airline company for bad weather, please let us know as soon as possible. We will rearrange your transfer without penalty charge.

Cancellation Fee – entrance tickets

Vatican museums reserved ticket: Not refundable
Colosseum reserved ticket: Not refundable
